What the beta is
A public test of the HTML5 client running on the live game servers. Everything you see is the real game — we are hunting bugs, layout breaks and translation slips before launch.
-
Runs in the browser
The old Flash plugin is gone. The client is now plain HTML5 + WebGL — open a link and you are in.
-
Nothing to install
Works on Chrome 94+, Edge and Safari 15.4+. Desktop and tablet are the best fit; a phone works on a wide screen.
-
Beta window
Beta runs from — to —.
-
English throughout
The whole client is in English — menus, items, quests and event text, not just the buttons.
Beta data may be wiped Characters, items and currency created during the beta can be reset without notice when the test ends. Play for the fun of it, and please do not treat beta progress as permanent.
A 2012 classic, rebuilt in HTML5
This is that game. The 2D browser MMO a lot of people played around 2012 went dark when browsers dropped the Flash plugin. Dragon Knight is the same game rebuilt in HTML5 and WebGL — same maps, same turn-based fights, same pets trailing behind you — running in a modern browser with nothing to install.
Pick your class
Four classes, each with their own mount and their own pet at your side. Every image below is taken straight out of the game.
-
Knight
Frontline · Defense
Wielding the power of earth, calm and kind-hearted, the champion of the main legion. They strike hard and hold the line as steadily as the ground itself.
-
Priest
Support · Healing
Their power is like water: it heals with ease, yet when the water gathers it destroys just as fiercely. They stand for the union of two opposing arts.
-
Wizard
Burst · Magic damage
Sworn guardians of magic with terrifying destructive power. Few in number, yet they are what great legions fear most.
-
Hunter
Ranged · Speed
Heirs to the power of the wind, quick of movement and strong of body. Their ranged attacks are frighteningly accurate.
Mounts & pets
Nine mounts are ready on day one — feed them, upgrade them and swap their shape. Pets follow you onto the field and fight at your side.

Know where to start
Eight things that decide how fast you grow. Nothing here costs money.
Follow the story first
The main quest line is your fastest levelling up to the midgame, and it is the key that unlocks dungeons.
Ride, don’t walk
Your mount arrives at level 25. Feeding it is the single biggest power gain in the game — and it is paid in Crystal, not cash.
Dailies beat everything
Daily quests reset at midnight and together pay more experience than the whole main story. Do them first.
A guild is your Element
Guild quests are the only steady source of Element from level 11 on. Join one at level 20.
Dungeons drop what you need
Each dungeon gives a one-time chest of high-tier gear, then keeps paying mount advancement shards.
Enhance early
Enhancement gets dramatically more expensive as you level. The cheapest power you will ever buy is the power you buy now.
Keep a reserve
Don’t convert every Voucher. A small reserve is what lets you race, sweep and trade.
Empty your mailbox
Rewards wait as attachments and a full bag makes them fail silently. Keep slots free.
Get married at 8pm Proposals open in the morning, the ceremony is at 8pm server time, and the ring you wear is the one your partner bought. How a wedding runs — the timetable and the ring table
The day of a wedding
- 08:00Proposals open. You pay the venue fee in Crystal, one Token of Proposal and one betrothal ring.
- 18:00Proposals close and every couple is given a wedding map.
- 20:00The ceremony runs by itself — nobody has to be online. The wedding rings are handed out here.
- 20:00–20:59Guests enter the wedding map and send gifts. Both newlyweds have to be online in that map.
- 21:00Rewards are paid out and the party closes.
Four weddings a day for the whole server, so propose early in the window.
Which ring you receive
The ring you receive is decided by your partner’s class and by the tier of the betrothal ring your partner bought — not by yours. And the tier matters more than the class: every ring gives critical, and the critical scales with the tier.
| Your partner’s class → the ring you get | Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knight → Defense ring | 116 | 221 | 508 |
| Priest → Life ring | 432 | 872 | 1,999 |
| Wizard → Attack ring | 115 | 222 | 508 |
| Hunter → Speed ring | 312 | 609 | 1,130 |
| Critical (on every ring) | 300 | 603 | 908 |
The gender of the couple only changes the ring’s name and look — three cosmetic families, identical stats.
Server clock is GMT+7. The game shows every time in your own timezone.

The next world
Beta worlds may be reset when the test ends. Characters do not carry over between worlds.
How to join
Pick a server
Hit “Play the Beta” and it takes you to the Servers list. Choose a world, then sign in or register — an account is free and takes a moment.
Create a character
The client loads right in the tab — nothing to download. Pick Knight, Priest, Wizard or Hunter, and name your character.
Play, then tell us
Play as much as you like, and send us anything that looks broken or badly worded.
Found a bug? Odd wording?
Beta reports are the whole point. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened — a screenshot helps more than anything.
Email a report Report on the community page
Please include your character name and the time it happened (server time, UTC+7).
Questions
Do I need Flash or any download?
No. The client is HTML5 and WebGL, so it runs straight in a modern browser. Flash Player is not involved anywhere.
Does the beta cost anything?
No. The beta is free to play. Any top-up feature you see is part of the live game economy being tested, not a requirement.
Will my beta character be kept?
Not guaranteed. Beta data can be reset when the test ends. We will announce it on the community page before anything is wiped.
Which browsers and devices work?
Chrome 94+, Edge, and Safari 15.4+ on macOS/iOS. Desktop and tablet are the best experience; on a phone, use landscape.
Which server do I play on, and what time do events run?
The beta runs on one shared world, so everyone you meet is on the same server. Event and arena schedules are shown in server time (UTC+7) and every in-game timetable is labelled with it, so you can convert to your own time zone at a glance.
Is this a remake of an old Flash game?
Yes. The original ran on the Flash plugin that browsers dropped in 2021. This is a full HTML5 + WebGL rebuild of the same game — same maps, classes, pets and mounts — running natively in a modern browser.
I played the original years ago — does my old account still work?
No. This is a brand-new server for the HTML5 beta and it is not connected to any old account or character — everyone starts fresh.
